Cataract Surgery Camp
With logistical support from the Kantale Eye Clinic (Base Hospital, Kantale) and the assistance of Dr. Rohan Edirisinghe. The initiative was rolled out among low-income families that could not afford cataract lenses throughout the district of Trincomalee and parts of the Central Province. Until now, 500 pairs of lenses have been provided to government hospitals in Kantale, Muttur, Trincomalee Town and Matale.
